I've only ever see him at 2816, 601, 3581 (hobgoblin cave). I've killed him here four or five times and only gotten the pog's slammer staff as loot so far. He doesn't wander, just stands in the middle of the cave, and I don't think that there's a PH (if he's not on that spot of the cave then it's just empty), but I could be wrong about that.

Got one off burra coupke days ago while doing dame. The bag is on its own table as the sandles and bag dropped at the same time. Glad to finaly see it after dozens of kills since brk release.

I am convinced that uncommon horses can not have a will less than 6. Going off of mine and brothers MANY uncommon horse pulls, 100% of them have been 6-9 will. I think it's 1-5 is common, 6-9 is uncommon, 9+ is rare.

He summons a group of adds, prioritize the iron willed and mez the rest during wave 1, Wave 2 same thing, wave 3 mez everything and kill Leonus. Put a pet on an iron willed or prioritize as necessary after Leonus comes down the stairs during wave 3

Does this mob still spawn?

Killed him 5 times, got necklace, staff, axe, and earing. Around 2 hours.

Got it on 5th drop (but got necklace, axe, and staff on first drops, I think around 2 hours including a run back from EP because I got flung off the roof to death). Confirmed nature spell discount still works.
