Popped an armored on my 5-man level 31-38 yesterday. Took us 36 min. About twice of normal. Positioning is tank in front and the rest under the wing. The most challenging with this fight is manamanagement/efficiency. Also very important for tank to actively block the bites, as getting shredded 50% of your hp every 15 sec or so quickly adds up.

Have never ever seen the cloak drop, does it even drop any longer?

The proc is not going off. I finally got this bow yesterday, used it all day and there was not one proc with over 30 dex.

Ichor-Scorched Partisan was updated to (13dmg 2str 2dex +3pr). proc seems to hit in the 25-29 range still.

The sch shows it uses wisdom and hit rating as the 2 attributes

Not usable by druids, or at least the one i just got.

New stats: Cloak of Light 250 Celestial Power Range: 30m, Cast time: Instant, Cooldown 30s, GCD: 1s, Veils the target in healing light, restoring 10 Health every 2 sec for 20 sec. Only usable on one target at a time. Healing modifiers: WIS , INT BTW, this ability is currently all but useless. To get 250 celestial power (CP), you have to keep casting heals and if you are doing that, you are not using Blessed Shield. By the time I thought I might reach 250 CP, I was out of mana.

This weapon does more damage per swing with faster attack speed than Heavy Iron Claymore, a 2 handed sword, from Gadai fort. And it's a one hander. Good luck everyone!

Does this item have any procs (offensive or defensive?) The stats on it look "tank-oriented" give that it pumps your dodge and parry rating by 1.5% each. The flavor text seems to indicate it does something "as foes strike at you."
