WHEN does the piece on the balcony spawn? I have sat on the balcony for a total of 5 hours (2 hours today and 3 yesterday) no spawn

They are exactly as listed. They appear to be the same armor that Aradune wore.

Finally add a decent arrow for rangers and gatekeep it behind what could be considered the rarest mob in the game if you factor in the drop rate of the hair.

Okay i got the arrow. It procs 100% of the time on ranged auto attacks the dmg it does most often i see is 3 dmg at lvl 43 against heavy fire resistant group mobs.. it can crit and do abit more damage but it is basicaly a free chaotic imbuement buff for you ranged attacks

As an owner of this shield i can tell you this shield holds power not listed.. wearing this shield vs the brace of claws or another shield is night and day difference in how much healing you need. The offering plate makes you much more sturdy in battle. Ive had alot of healers comment on how much easier it is to heal me and keep me up when wearing it.

Just made the Longbow version of this. It's Class is Ranger only, 13 Physical Damage and 4.1 Delay. 3Dex 14 Hit Rating

So it apears the mantle and sword have swapped rarity and the mantle seems to be the common drop now. Reported 7 mantles ina row now.. no sword

Were in the enclave have you looted or seen this item drop? Starting to think they only drop in a certain area. Were killing tons and tons of mobs and havent seen one yet. More information is needed

can't loot this item even though i can loot the other ground spawn nearby.
