I was really hoping the fife was going to be some sort of clicky to return to bind point or home spot (think Origin in EQ), but nah. I showed him the fife, got a pittance amount of xp and coin, and that was it. No further quest (yet?). Quite a bit disappointing, considering how much work I put into this quest line. He mentioned "being able to do something with it" but I ended up still in possession of the fife after the turn-in, but it doesn't appear to have any purpose right now.
I was actually able to just complete this quest. Just like Stormcrow505 mentions above, there is an invisible wall, but somehow I was able to get past it. I just kept swimming against it and up and around and somehow eventually I found myself past it. I don't know. But just as the quest text says, there were 3 skeletons "guarding" the chest, but the chest was there, and was lootable, and the fife was in there, and I took it back to Dorion and got the exact reward listed.
82 Kills later idol dropped.. Seems to be around a 35% increase in damage for the duration of 20 seconds. The moment I click it all active dots currently on the target increase in damage. Blood Taps went from 250 to 340 on the same target(Yellow cons Level 38's) and well over 500's crits.
Found a spider in the grass just east of Master Borra. It dropped a fang. Per DanYlson above it sounds like any spider could be a placeholder for this?
how do you learn blood iron . black iron temper?
is it a quest to learn about it? reason i am asking is tailoring has nothing like that to my knowledge
i think you should make the spoilers hidden under a dropdown instead. impossible to use this as a resource on a second monitor if they have to be hovered to reveal
Pretty sure this is a named. Killed it twice and got loot each time. Got the stompers once and also got Grimy Leather Jerkin, Unique Magic, Leather AC15 AGI+1 DEX +1 for warr, rog, clr, pal, dl, rng, dru, shm, bard
Cons aggressive but does not attack and cannot be attacked. Will speak with you even though mouse cursor has sword.
He has two wolves on either side of him which are like level 20 (higher lvl than orc is). Named Luta and Huna. They Can be attacked/will attack you.
Killing either of the wolves will increase your standing with the North Tusk Orc faction (for some reason?)
No idea how many times you'd have to kill them to no longer be KoS in Hangore
Can confirm, this is how I just got there minutes ago. First time I'd ever seen these, so I came here to look them up. Had no idea they existed until literally 5 minutes ago, ha! But yes, I was in Thronefast, climbed a mountain, and then hit one of those odd zone lines into AVP, then climbed up the cliff and at the top was these ancestrals. Kinda want to bring a group here now and see if we can get a named to spawn or something.
