There is a treasure chest in the spider caves. Inside the treasure chest is a quest item called “a locked coffer”. Turn this in to The Scavenger for reward. I did not get a follow-on quest, but I still have the Dusty Map.

This is used to complete the Goblin Junk quest given by The Scavenger. There is a follow-up quest given called “A Treasure Map?”.

they seerm to spawn anywhere - I got mine at night time at the lake right under the AVP bridge
