This is in the game now, as of the most recent jewelcrafting release and update. It does indeed use the scales from the asps in AVP as one of its components. As of the most recent update (March 5 2025) the +18 Haste rating = 1% Haste.
While searching for Peltmaster Krane, this Bear jumped me and gave me it's Tooth. 3/7/25 note: I did kill 8-10 Bears on the way in. Killed it right outside trapper cave for Krane.
You will want to play with Thought Thief some more I suspect and learn it's value. Once you learn what it can truly do, you will NEVER leave it off your bar :). TIP: Cast it on a mob that your group is currently in combat with, that has multiple DoTs, Debuffs etc. and watch what happens to the DoTs and Debuffs if your Thought Thief is successful!
How many times has your puller brought a surprise Iron Willed mob that wasn't noticed until combat already started, and now you can't mez the other mob due to DoTs... well this spell immediately wipes all those and lets you Mez him immediately :).
TIPS:
1. If you intend to use this to truly wipe a mobs memory and clear aggro, be sure your out of aggro range when you cast it, or the mob will re-aggro even if successful.
2. Can cast on a mob that is mezzed, rooted etc. so root that 3rd iron willed mob, have your pally park him away from the group and mem blur him to send him home.
3. Keep root as a tool to lock down a failed mob to help get thru the timer if another cast is needed. 2 Trait mobs with specific combinations of traits can be almost unbeatable alone, i have used this to help get them alone.
One other thing I noticed, INVISIBILITY is a 10 minute spell per description and buff timer, but it can still drop early. Not sure if maybe it starts at 6 minutes, or why you had that time.
Mana Guzzle is not consistently 33%, more times than not casters give crappy returns and melee provide better. I have seen as little as 5-10% and upwards to 50% on a cast. I wish it was a static amount and reliable, as many times I could use it but have a mob that would render it inefficient due to low return, and I wait until the next pull or two on a mob that has a better return.
Our Dominating Will debuff line's biggest value is that it is almost impossible to be resisted. Anytime I am in a group and doing oranges/reds I open with this, then go with Brain Drain (sometimes I have to wait on someone else's debuff to get in before Brqin Drain will get thru resists, but once it is in I can usually get slow on and have moderate success with interrupts. It's also the first one in on spell nullifiers and resistant traits. NOW IT CAN BE RESISTED, especially against reds, but it is the ONE spell you will get to land when all others wouldn't, and it opens the door for more debuffs to get the mobs defense manageable.
Last comment is just my opinion, Magical Opening only lasts 10 seconds, and costs 4% mana. I do not find it worth using during a solo delayed wound/mez battle. Best you could do is one attack on it, and that is if you mez fast enough to get your 8 second delayed wound on in under 2 seconds. I would rather use Expose-> Brain Drain after the first nuke, while the mob is stunned with Stupefy, and then re-mez as soon as those two are on. It further lowers magical defense for the duration of the fight or the buff timer (1-2 minutes at least).
Just got Ichor Scorched Partisan after about 6 Lydra kills. The proc does around 28 to 29 damage from some brief testing on gray mobs. It's also not a DoT, it is instant toxic damage. Graphic looks like a small green splash. Also scorching venom damage does not seem to show up in combat logs. Extremely good weapon though and worth farming.

Got a drop off Windfeather today. The one I had drop it had the Flurry talent. I dont know if that is an indicator but I thought I would include it as something that could possibly be tracked.
With the new patch changes from 03/05/25, jewelry has become very unattractive. The materials needed to craft it are harder to obtain, such as Zinc. Additionally, it is no longer possible to combine, as stated in this guide, Pewter with Copper or Brass. Pewter signed cannot be placed in a copper schematic and vice versa.
The other day, I crafted an earring that gave +4 Concealment, but after the patch reduced the stats, it dropped to +2 Concealment and +5 Mana. Why would my rogue need Mana? It would be great if what this guide explains could actually be done... but at least I haven't been able to.
The items needed list when selecting "Lidded Storage Box" says "SmallBox Frame", which is slightly confusion because the one you need is called "Simple Storage Box Frame" and the higher tier frame is called "Small Storage Chest Frame". Key thing to watch out for there is the one you need says "Box Frame" and the other says "Chest Frame".
