Drop tables changed with the economy sweep that Neph did recently. They still spawn and drop all of the listed items, just no longer have a guarantee to drop an item from the table of loot they used to always have a drop from. Also, I'm not sure if it is a bug or a design choice, but I want to say that there is a range of time (6 +/- 2 minutes for these specifically, iirc) rather than a set time for mobs that do not act as PH for a named mob to respawn, unless otherwise noted.

I followed the PH today after respawn since he wouldn't spawn again before sunrise. I wanted to see his actual path route and see if it despawned or not at 0600. The PH despawned exactly at 0600 game time and there won't be another respawn until shortly after 1900

i confirm that nope, just tested when got mine. 2 in row seem like its not unique like it shows

Got this fora rogue friend this week from the now male npc gatta farrow also droped the twin famg amulet twice

Pulled it as an enchanter never died in many pulls. Amulet droped everytime. She is now a rogue looking hooded he tho. The mob is now a male npc dunno if thats on purpose or not.

Easy to find at the camp at 2930, 535, 2680. It's in the big tent just on the table inside

Similar thing happened to my brother. He had close to 90 phs and 8 boss pops. He'd been there for 6 hrs str8 with no boss pop. Literally 15 mins b4 server merge shutdown he popped and had totem. Last kill be shutdown

oh and Direlord gets the biggest benefit from this

seems to make you just miss 25% more :P and when parser no noticable dps increase for melee but for caster big deeps

35 Hours total camping him over a weeks time...16 Rings, 6 Staffs...then finally when I was going to leave a PH up and be done for the night he spawned with the Totem.

I have spent the better part of 4 hours trying to camp this named for the shoulders. Four Skellies spawn in between these two rocks. It appears that the middle skellie is the place holder for the Sinister one. All of the skelleis have a chance to drop gear with stats. So far i have seen chest with plus to sta, wis sandals, sta bracer, and plain leather gloves, legs, boots and chest. I have killed the named twice so far. Once it dropped nothing the other time it dropped a tarnished longsword (stats) 1hs 5dmg 2.9 dly class: Warrior, Rogue, Paladin, Wizard, Dire Lord, Ranger, Necromancer, Bard. One warning I don't know if they are supposed to do this or the game is still working out re-spawn timer bugs. everyone in awhile they will start to spawn in a different order than what they are killed in.

Why does everything drain Enchanter's mana? :( - using 'everything' loosely but srsly. Sadness.
