The debuff is called Weakened Frame, and I'm guessing it says "Cannot be affected by Weave the Wind" which is a Druid spell that does almost the same thing. Because when I cast Weave the Wind on my Druid, I get the Weakened Frame debuff that says "Cannot be affected by Interlocking Stones" which is what led me here to find out what Interlocking Stones was, lol.

Apparently this key is for chests in The Crypt, opened a chest and this key disappeared. Got a nice one hand sword, will post stats after patch, lvl 19 req.

New loot table as of the March 5 patch. Just dropped a new 1h sword for melee classes for us last night.

That's me in the screenshot. Some info on the weapon -- I tested it on the level 50 training dummy in Availia. This weapon does not have a proc. It is simply a stat-dense high damage low delay weapon. It's basically a faster Blade of Savagery with Agi/Dex on it. Great tanking weapon for Warriors and Paladins. Likely also a great DPS weapon for Rogues and Rangers. Any melee class that gets this is a good choice. Personally I wouldn't give this to Wizards since TD can also drop a caster-exclusive sword with better stats for them. Happy hunting!

Personally I didn't get any kind of popup or other notification when I found a horse, but when I went back to Phosy I was able to continue the quest. When you speak to him again you get the tame mount scroll and 5 juicy apples. Read the scroll and you'll now have the Tame Mount skill in your book. It will go into the bottom hotbar like a standard skill/spell. You start with a tame skill of 1, so you need to practice it. It took me 4 goes I think to max my skill at 6 (level 20 rogue) You can con the horse and it'll tell you if you can tame it or not. A white con horse said it would be challenging, but it worked fine. Note that after a failed attempt, the horse runs away and despawns, so you have to find another one to keep going. I found a yellow con that said it was beyond my ability and another that said it would be a challenge. Trying that second one resulted in a failure. This is where the juicy apple comes in, which will lower the horse's will by 3. I used an apple on an orange con horse and was then able to tame it (though it beat me up pretty good while doing so). So, now you have a temporary horse. Next step is to make it yours for realz, and that means getting it back to Demlith and checking in with the stable master (Josie Donel). To avoid agro and be able to make it run for longer periods of time, I suggest some endurance boosts. I went with food and drink: * Hopper Soup (+20 endurance) * Traveler's tea (+5 endurance) There's also some pretty easy T2 jewelry you could make and wear if you have a jewelcrafter handy: * Brass necklace of tireless (+16 endurance) * Brass ring of tireless (+16 endurance) Once you check in at the stables, the horse is yours. You'll get a new tab for it in your inventory screen and you can summon it or dismount with the h key.

Update - I just got one of these tonight. There does not appear to be a proc on the weapon. I've been beating on the level 50 training dummy in Availia for the past 5 minutes and nothing so far. It's just a high damage / high stat weapon. Melee damage range (unbuffed with 50 str) non crit range: 42 (18 mitigated) to 53 (23 mitigated) crit range: 66 (19 mitigated) to 78 (23 mitigated)

To Sirnasty: It says "Judged ye, guilty!" in combat log when gavel´s holy damage proc occurs.

Gavel procs holy damage, around 100dam on light blue non group mobs. And it does proc a 6sec self +5Wis buff - uptime of that effect is underwhelming, tho. Not using parsers, but on an aprox 30sec fight vs lb mobs i saw it proc once, next fight no proc at all.

You can also get this quest from Kanoa (Treasure Hunter) in Wilds End.

Also for the quest "A Rare Delicacy" Quest giver is Liko in Wilds End.

Is there anyone that will confirm Mirekin or Craglings have dropped the Guardstone? Only comments saying the humanoids in BRK drop it not the ugly dudes in the Chasm.

Yeah, uncommon drop off Pog the Elusive (https://shalazam.info/monsters/9-pog-the-elusive). I think I've killed him about 10 times now and gotten it once.

Still trying to figure out this weps proc. Im not seeing any dmg in the combat log window or a buff on me or a debuff on the target any ideas what to look for? I would assume its doing some holy dmg after it proc on my critical mellee strikes but idk yet

For the past three weeks ive been farming dame 4 days a week for 4 to 5 hours per day. at least one of those 4 days a week we shard hop all three shards on stormona and kill all three dame phs every 15 mins. In that time i havent seen sister Palia spawn in the dames bedroom a single time. We have gotten tons of modrus and have goten about 2-4 dame spawns per day. Some days zero dame spawns. But no sister palia. I dont think she spawns in the dames room anymore. Looking for confirmation from others

I've only ever see him at 2816, 601, 3581 (hobgoblin cave). I've killed him here four or five times and only gotten the pog's slammer staff as loot so far. He doesn't wander, just stands in the middle of the cave, and I don't think that there's a PH (if he's not on that spot of the cave then it's just empty), but I could be wrong about that.

Got one off burra coupke days ago while doing dame. The bag is on its own table as the sandles and bag dropped at the same time. Glad to finaly see it after dozens of kills since brk release.

i Think it cannot be killed. Evades every attack.
