This is tagged as an Armorsmithing quest, when it should be tagged as Weaponsmithing

Just killed him and he does still drop the necklace, having the same stats. However he was light blue to me at level 12, so the level's not 7 like it says currently.

You have to complete all of the Provisioner quests for both cooking and brewing (last brewing one needs 14 Frostberries that are gated behind horid lvl 25 mobs and the cold zone) - once they are all done prov trainer then gives you the other quests in the chain to get the Pan

Doesn't show it in the tooltip or anything, but this also has a -10 (negative) carry weight when you equip it.

Changed to 2con, 1wisdom, 1int, 3 nature resist with todays patch but cannot be placed in the light source slot despite having the green glow
