Camped for about 1.5 hours, spawned and dropped the earring.

I've finished the Outlaws with Captain Bolus, but Investigator Nalis only warns me not to get in his way instead of giving a quest. Is there an NPC between the two that's missing from above? Yes, steps are missing. There's a video but not sure if against rule to post here. You need to speak (or have already) a Lt Lyran Hornbelle in Thronefast, far east bridge. Prerequisite quest is The Roughs of Gadai.

Need 7 of these for the Brew quest.

No, I found both the gloves and legs off solo mobs. I think it was Runcasters and Shamans.

It starts with Cadet Tandus Gnolly in Avendyr's Pass, just south of the bridge.

I disagree. I have killed this name like 40 times now and every time it has spawn in the same location. In either set of ruins it spawns right in the middle, near the idol, the name has never spawn anywhere else. I clear this spawn and only this spawn and I average about 2-3 name kills in a night cycle shard hoping. I have also never seen anything else drop besides the pants.

Only Spawns in the day, 6 AM in game and on.. Shambling Skeleton takes its spot while the moonhoppers take the young foxes spot during the night. 4 and a half minute spawn time-ish.

Very rare drop off of Crew Boss, most of the time he does not drop it. Common drop for the Warden (but the Warden is rare). NO TRADE! So whoever picks it up... keeps it!

there is a portal on the west side of Availia that takes you to the wizard tower.

Just dropped on a mottled deer - 3388 - 3291 - First one I've received.

killed the 3 in the building, 2 wanderers, boars in pen, 1 by tower, and a couple others a little bit out. Still everything nowhere near us swarmed 3x in a row

We only had the ones in the building by the pen.

We killed every orc up there, and somehow were getting orcs summoned from even further than leash distance, all 3 attempts

Looted these from the new elite Orcs in AVP. They are called wristbands, but equip as hands. There are already the Greemyst Cloth Gloves (https://shalazam.info/items/2436-greenmyst-cloth-gloves) from the same set, so not sure if its a mistake and they are indeed meant to be equip as wrist.
