I made a spreadsheet of every name in the Shala Database and have nearly talked to them all now. Although I skipped Skydurbin. I don't want to have to do this every patch. I think I'll just finish up the list then assume its not in the game until I see it in patch notes.

Ever since finishing Lieutenants of Greed, I have not seen the items appearing for Lost Cargo, checking all shards many times over the past week. I'm 90% sure I bugged Lost Cargo by finishing Lieutenants of Greed.

Invis'd down and got it to drop on first try on enchanter. Seems like a 25% spell damage bonus for 15 seconds on a 1 min CD. Turns you into a skeleton during the duration and lightly damages you as well.

This is reported to be fixed in the patch released today (19 Feb 2025).

Mobs range from 32 - 39 but the 39 are rare. It does go up to 40 and you can actually get 41 or 42 but it's a very slow grind. I'm 39 atm.

Fellspike has a Proc DD for 8-12 Damage Curse Damage I believe.

these things hit HARD, they have very little hp but they are mean. at lvl 26 their auto-attack does 60 damage mitigated 7 so it hit for 53, but there are 2 of them and it ate me up pretty quick since i only have 306hp as a summoner.
