He has at least 2 confirmed spawn locations and a 3rd one is unconfirmed. 1. The west loc one is a pather. Walks around the big rock. 2. At the end of the small cave with the ruin strutures in the east. 3. In the area of the big bonfire in the far east.

The proc is called Celis Strike. It hits a single target and gives a buff called Celestium Frenzy which gives +6 STR and +10 Nature Resist for 10s.

Can confirm chest is where it is supposed to be. It is very obvious on the overhang above the named in upper MR. Completed it today.

Just confirming quest works as stated. Completed it today. Completed Scavengers Path, went to the lower hobgoblin area near Drog for the item to start the quest. Multiple supply crates spawn in that area pretty fast. Got the Item to start the quest in ~15 crates, went to Dorian to start the quest, went back killed Drog and collected the others. Was able to move onto the next quest.

I was able to shadow step into his cell while shadow walking, complete the quest, and get the blood mirror and other rewards. Still not clickable.... Oddly enough, all the dark traders were red KOS at 39. Corith Malis and Pitro did not attack me. I didn't try to unstealth near the Dark Traders in the Barrowdark.

It does not matter , you can do either. Kill as much as you want or just the PH. I've had it drop just killing the PH or all the mobs.

The quest wont bug out. Just did it. You just wait for respawn and he will agro automatically and drop the letter. 20 minute spawn timer is correct. (maybe they fixed it) Did this for 3 people.

So they give you this in a higher level dungeon than the Crystalline coat comes in, yet the Crystalline coat is way way better....

Today.... it's GONE if it was there at all Maybe I'm misreading. Maybe you have to find that piece in MR and the item itself starts the Lost Map quest? I know someone above posted that VR will NOT fix this quest if it becomes bugged. BULLSHIT after all the time people put into this. FIX IT or REMOVE IT! The PH is still here where Drog is SUPPOSED to pop. Going on 3 hours now.. 2.5 at least. /SIGH I just want a map. He spawns in the lower kitchen. Clear the room, then click the pot on the table in the middle. That will spawn him. If the perception ping says "spoiled" then he will not spawn.

Thats now a few comfirmed drops from the same area in the dinning hall. If this was clue id say it was the steward in the dinning hall with the arcane guardstone!

I've officially subscribed to his OnlyCloaks, apparently. I can confirm he's definitely still dropping that. :(
