I have been testing this action and it seems like it is not doing anything. It doesn't seem to 'snare' an enemy (even below my level), and it does not seem to be doing any damage over time as well. Am I missing something?

The spawn rate for these has been drastically reduced. (If you don't loot everything in the first chest you find, you can just reopen the same chest several times to complete the quest.)

Been Camping for a few days. First day, no spawn at all. After that regularly spawns but in 3 days no chest piece at all. Tons of earring and axes, hell they even drop together half the time. Give a nigga some love and drop a chest little bitch.

On TD I still prefer to use a 1h + Buckler for more melee self heal through Talisman and the disease resist. Else the staff is of course an upgrade, (although not as much as the other weapons on the pure stats I.m.o.)… curious what they will change on it in the future

Finally got it this morning, total camp time 14 hours. Doing all 4 named.

I camped just Krageeli for a few days recently. Necklace dropped more than his Earring if it makes anyone feel better.

Still exists and still drops the cloak. PH can be many names but it spawns on a wooden circle under a Big tree with large roots. First picture right.

Just did this for a couple of alts this weekend. Same experience as when I did this months ago on my main. Took a really long time to get a necklace to drop, then I stuck around trying to get some other drops off the nameds and it seemed like every other named was dropping a necklace after I didn't need one anymore. Probably saw 6 or 7 total necklaces drop in the last 3 hours, but the first 6 hours or so they were not dropping. Totally random.

This dropped Iron-Fired Ringmail Boots 13armor 1+agi. Classes: WAR, Cle, Pal, Dire Lord, Ranger, Bard.

I think they may have changed the rarity of the drop just spent about 12 hours camping those 4 named and no drops.

Seems to be so. The current "/Stuck Bind" isn't supposed to stay in game. More than likely this will be the in game way.

It was in the game and it sucks they seemed to have removed it...was a great cloak for lower levels...now there seems to only be trash.

think it's been removed or drop rate changed when moved from once every 12 hours to PH every 3.5 hours. Killed 40+ times over last few weeks and no drops.

This being two handed makes it useless.. atfirst it looked like the bis mainhand but now its def two handed and useless..

I can get sister to spawn in the balconey of the bar consistently. And we saw 5 dame this last weekend. Maybe contact a gm and tell them about it your server may be buggd

We got 5 this last weekend. 2 bracer 2 shield and one blade. She deff still pops but we saw 0 on my playtime tuesday. But those who were there before me that day got a shield so just one dame tues all day

I feel like I haven’t seen The Dane spawn since they changed the spawn times for LT

Can't get either one to spawn. We've killed everything in sight and all PH and still no spawn. Have never seen a Dame spawn or a Sister spawn. Any tips?

Got robe tonight but it did not have the HASTE on it.... stats were only 4 Int, 2 Dex, 1 Cha.
