Got the first fragment from a random chest in the Thronefast goblin cave 1/1/2025, so it's still in the game. Just stupid rare. You give it to the Treasure Hunter, not Foreman Aldeus.

Any idea where this drops ?

Did just that found 2 caves, one empty and one that has been blocked off.

Go there at /time 18, it will take a minute or two for the first spawn of Rilo or the ph young viper. After killing it wait 15 minutes for respawn. After killing twice in a night that's it, night lasts 30 minutes or 2.5min/hr so I'm like 99% sure it's impossible to get a third spawn.

The drop rate in Thronefast is horrible. The density of foxes that drop Fox Tail in Wild's End is substantially greater.

Fox Tails are a freaking myth in Thronefast. Foxes WITH tails are a genetic anomaly in this area as of this posting.

Applies poison debuff, mob takes damage over time. Shaman Fang line of spells deal 50% more damage with this debuff on.

This is likely. 1.9 delay is a pre-revamp delay not likely to be found on a 1h blunt at this level, now.

Seen living corpse quite a few times. pretty easy to kill with group. drop rate was decent.

Cave is very unforgiving. Bring an enchanter/CC. Spent couple hours in here and never saw anything drop. Lot of squeeze and no juice for me out of here. Corpse recovery's usually end up needing second group for backup.

Follow the riverbanks west and north. You will find a cave. In this cave there are ice-like crystals which never melt. They should be sufficient.

Oliver is over near the bindstone beyond the crossroads by the bridge.

Confirmed he pops at back of cave. Easily solo'd by 15 Shammy. Lots of Hps. Dropped knife. Also, he was group blue to me.

Killing "wandering wildspell" and "Lost Orc" will increase your reputation with him preventing lower level deaths.

This mob is blue to me at 25. Hes under 26.

talked to a guy that was camping him. said he had 7 kills in and only seen the cloak drop so far

15 kills, no item dropped. not that quick of a respawn for such rare loot of minor quality.

No longer requires 30 WS - was able to create it upon getting the profession

Hobgoblins have been changed as of last patch to no longer be group (chevron) mobs. They still have some nasty abilities - shaman caster, and pressure point armor come to mind, but they are definitely doable solo now.

Ethereal Great Maul as well (didnt get stats)
