Is it still a random chance for success or does anyone know of any factors that can cause this to fail? Sometimes it fails like 10 times in a row at level 20.

The drop rate great in WE but poor in Thronefast is directly in line with Brads "Silk Road" desires for the game. Any noob Halfling or Elf would be wise to fill their bank with fox tails before making their way to Thronefast. I believe it's like it is by design.

The reality is unless you have a twinked group of at least 4 characters, none of the levels above reflect accurately even the group difficulty of the mobs. Expect to wipe at least once in a while, and if you hate dying, don't even bother with this cave until you're in your teens. Working with my standard group of 4 (14 pally, 14 cleric, 13 wizard and 12 necromancer) we are JUST comfortably clearing the level with the geomancers and crystal keepers on it - and we're all twinks. This game is too tuned for folks who roll at the high/uber end of difficulty, especially as the rewards are meh.

Good spot to tie in with trappers while grinding lower LVL toons.. recommend killing wandering wildspells to no longer be KOS with bolt (2-4 kills only)

She has been dropping nothing randomly of late. Doesn't matter how fast or slow she is killed, so I'm not sure if this is an intended change or a "feature."

I have been playing for six months and have had this quest for that entire time. I have searched all the locations listed above - and have also opened about 75 other supply chests throughout the world. Not ONE handsaw. Anyone have any luck with finding this item any particular locations *other* than this narrow search area listed above?

This mob type in halnirs cavern is currently bugged surrounding the volley spell they cast. If somone in the group stuns or silences or otherwise interupts the casting of the volley.. the mob can and will get to 0% life and will not be able to be killed, until it either casts another volley that finishes casting.. or you somehow reset the mob. If the mob runs out of mana and cannot cast volley and cant be killed the only option is to reset the mob.

It puts a debuff on the target that can be used to put a different debuff up like lowered armor or resistances

i got the necklace and it will not click to accept the quest just makes a dunce like fail sound when u click accept

so im not able to get the quest report for duty... i have the unusual necklace in my inventory and i cannot click the accept button when i click the necklace to accept the task it gives... i go to helzot and it just gives me the threads of war quest... get a goblin beaded necklace.. i have the unusual necklace any idea how to progress????

Has anybody had more luck at a certain camp? I have been clearing the two inside the town of Availia on 3 shards for 2 hours and I have only seen her spawn once.

3rd Snik dropped the unusual necklace. All three dropped boots. Never saw crestlord while doing both names. Out of sniks door the big traingle path that leads to sniks roof will get you to crestlord and the other named K something

I am curious if you are purple and bleeding out, would the 1hp regen per tick bring you back alive? What are your thoughts on this? :)

When you click the warscout totem you also get a 10 second cool down timer on the band of battle that drops from the warscout.. a sign of things to come?

So final report i got the totem on the 90 th kill including nameds and place holders. Had two back to back spawns on the warscout in that time. Kill 81/82 were both warscouts and kill 89/90 were also both warscouts with number 90 finaly dropping a totem! Glad to be done with that camp.

Haven't found any on the "Grey Howlers/Pups" as suggested... but I have found them on the "Second Curse wolf". They are past the Crossroads and over the small bridge to the East. Hope that helps someone! (they don't seem to be around at night though, that part seems right)

got the totem on kill 90. kill 89 and 90 were back to back nameds and so were kill 81 and 82 were back to back names. when you click the warscout totem the ring also shows a 10 second cooldown timer.... things to come?? never heard anyone mention this.

Im at the camp now on tanktop im currently at 5 warscouts to 55 phs and sofar i got ring staff ring ring staff and no totem. One thing ive noticed is that ive took at screen of every warscout ive killed and he always spawns when its so foggy that you cannot see the npc nameplates at a small distance. Just something i have noticed on all my screenshots.

This item is by far one of the best possible pickups you can get as a warrior. 100% of your damage is physical, so this clicky is a straight-up "your character is double digits % more effective" item. It's a boring farm but absolutely worth it when you finally get your drop. The clicky has infinite uses and a 10 second cooldown. The buff lasts for 12 minutes so you can have 100% uptime. Casting graphic looks like you're taunting yourself.
